TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION
***We have an automated Billing System. Unsettled accounts after the given grace period are automatically restricted.
RECONNECTION
***Restricted accounts will be reconnected within an hour once payment is confirmed.
IMPORTANT:
Accounts that have been restricted for more than 10 days will incur 500 pesos RECONNECTION FEE
PERMANENT DISCONNECTION
***Accounts that have been restricted for 20-30 days are subject for permanent line disconnection and router pull-out. Stedfast Fiber Internet Negros Occidental reserves the right to terminate the service based on provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
